order to keep yourself posted on new versions, detected problems, etc. and
to share with others possible comments on the program as well as direct
contributions to its development. Also, if you need tech support, like help
with installation or configuration, you should use the mailing list.

first. Your problem may also have been dealt with in a support request in the previously used support manager.
Be careful to describe your problem as detailed as possible, and include the
URL to your installation, possible error messages, etc.
