NT-Perl from activestate.com

Hi,

I'm new to the list and to CGI-bins and the such so bear with me please. I
asked my server if they would support RingLink and this is their response:

We support NT-Perl from activestate.com.
Check with the maker of RingLink if it runs under this version of perl

So I guess my first question to the list is does RingLink support this
version of Perl?
