Yes, and a good place to start would be the Ringlink System Directory! :o)
We have Australian Shepherds and I own my own ring as well as being a
webdesigner.
There is a Ringlink System listed in the Directory called the Anagram
Ringlink System
that has: "Rings featuring animals, and pets are most welcome."
There are currently a dozen or so Ringlink Systems that are willing to Host
your Rings! :)
