Right, the ringmaster address is put in the bcc field, not the cc field.

When I submit a site to my own ring with a site's webmaster address that
goes to the same server as the ringmaster address, I receive just one
copy of the message. But when the addresses goes to different servers, I
get two copies.
Does this possibly explain your observation, Loren?
That was it exactly. When I used a different address as the site contact it
worked fine. Thanks.
