Hello Gunner,
I've been following the direction of the different replys to Jeff's and my
questions.
My comment about access to the system, ( I tried this myself) when anyone
submits to the ring, an email is send to them, with the ring info and they are
taken to the page you see after you join, there are buttons to get the code,
and delete their site info. If they wait a few minutes, before they do
anything, the email is sent to them ( but not to me yet ) if then they use the
delete yout site button, the only email I get is the one telling me they
deleted their site. I don't get the email telling me they joined, or anything
info about them.
And I tried some of your suggestions listed in the other replys Gunner, but I
still was not satisified with the results I got.
I agree with you that removing the emails being sent, would not allow me to
know what was going on in the ring. Then I would have to send any emails
through my personal email system, that would be even worst and consume more
time.
I considered all the options and decided I didn't have to have you modify the
program, (just for my application), All I had to do was remove the current
way to submit a site and give them a different way to submit the info.
So, I changed the link for the add site button. I'm now using a form to mail,
for the new sites to fill out. This Form also protects my email address. I
then check the sites submitted to see if they are real ones and if can belong
to my ring. I then add the info to the ring system myself and then program
sents them an email with info to join the ring.
I do like the thought, about a button to send the code, in the admin area !
Thanks for all your help everyone.

Gunnar,
I think what you are suggesting sounds ok. But, I think I would want to
try it out and walk through the process once myself from the applicant's
point of view.
Okay. Please let us know about your conclusions when you have done that.
