I don't agree. The initial message should be sent both to the submitter
and the ringmaster, whether the site is instantly deleted or not.

---> I don't understand it eather, but after I submit the site and go to the
next page, I wait a "few seconds" and then click the delete the site button,
the ringmaster does not get both emails, he only gets the site deleted email,
not the site entered info email. The address that is entered in the site's
info, get the email. (in the old version that i updated from, I didn't notice
this situation, the ringmaster always got both emails.)

Now, if I submit another site, go to the next page and wait a "few minutes",
then click the delete the site button, The address that is entered in the
site's info, gets an email, and The ringmaster gets both emails !

I did this a number of times an the result was the same, If I delete the site
quickly only the delete site email is recieved. If I wait a few minutes, both
emails are recieved by the ringmaster. In both situations, the site email
address get the site info email.

( This may something to do with my server, too, I don't know, but I'm
checking into that with my server's support. I'll advise you what I find out.

After some thought and a lot more work on my part, I agree with you,
that after I check their site I can just send the link to the newsite.pl,
so they can add their info themselves, saving me more work, then the
program can send them everything as it should.

Okay, then we are thinking alike in this respect.

---> I agree that the program should stay the way it is. The ringmaster will
have to do something different ( like I am ) to get around this type of
situation. As I said before, My situation is special because of the type of
ring I operate, one that is youth orientated.
