Hi,

Well, I guess it depends on how many rings you manage for this to be considered useful or not.
If anyone wants to see a example of a webring system that has mail templates try PHP My Ring:

This is a French 1 webring system with a lousy navpanel and a useless website, but I recently did a English translation for it, so it might now be easier to install.
The mail templates are configured when you install the program.
You can ask the developer questions in English, but his replies are always in French!
