I just received the following message from a webmaster wanting to join.
I can't figure out why it's not working. It was last I knew. I haven't
changed any settings, though I can't be sure my hosting service hasn't.
I've tried to fill out the Join Ring information at

and have used Word to count my characters; however, I continue getting the
message:
Can't create 'sarda/NORTEX/rechits.db'
No such file or directory
